We can provide a complete remote solution to your Computer problems If a problem cannot be diagnosed by telephone we have the ability to access your computer and take complete control remotley. (With your permission of course).

Remote support sessions are highly secure and use 256-bit encryption.

Not just for PC problems...... A remote support session can be used to demonstrate how to use a particular program or function, configure an email account, check pc security, removal of viruses and spyware, install software to name but a few... You're in Control.... The remote support session is completely under your control. You can see everything that is happening on the screen and also interact with the session. At any time you can end the session simply by closing the session window. We will not be able to access you computer again until you request help and allow a connection.

Remote support not suitable? If the problem cannot be fixed remotely or a remote session is not suitable, your computer can be brought in to our shop, a collect & return or on site visit arranged
